Return and Refund Policy

Order Changes and Errors We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. If you notice an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to assist you.

Refunds, Returns, and Satisfaction Guarantee We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for unopened products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our support team at support@onutra.com within 30 days of your order date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

For products that are defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a return address and arrange for a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for used or opened products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds cannot be issued for orders where:

  • The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

  • The product has been opened or used, unless it arrived defective or damaged.
